The Desert Business Association (DBA) is comprised of about 250 LGBTQ and allied businesses and professionals from across the Coachella Valley who have joined together for business promotion, economic development, educational, and humanitarian purposes.

Greater Palm Springs encompasses nine cities — Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella — each offering its own blend of experiences as endless as our blue skies.

Accredited by the American Association of Museums, the Palm Springs Art Museum has 28 galleries, two sculpture gardens, four classrooms, resource centers, five storage vaults, an 85-seat lecture hall, a 433-seat theater, a 1,000-square-foot store, and a popular local bistro.

Our mission is to aggressively promote business in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley by providing effective networking venues, educational programs, community projects and legislative advocacy.

As the nonprofit for the Palm Springs Unified School District, the Foundation builds public-private partnerships to strengthen our schools and create opportunities for students to achieve.
The Foundation’s vision is to mobilize individual investors, businesses, teachers, parents, and community leaders to ensure the success of all our students. By tapping into passion and power, we unite our community members and join forces to fulfill the promise of public education and prepare every student for success.
