Surrounded by whiteboards brimming with ideas and notebooks filled with ambitious plans, our board tackled one vital question: How do we take this growing movement to the next level?
With the momentum of our partnership with San Miguel de Allende fueling our discussions, we honed in on the exciting road ahead. A delegation visit in late June to their celebrated Food & Wine Festival is more than just an event—it’s a gateway to deepening our cultural and economic ties. We strategized ways to expand educational exchanges, amplify the Palm Springs Passport Cocktail Exchange, and showcase the stunning boutique hotels that define the charm of both cities.
But we’re thinking bigger than just one visit. Every conversation, every handshake, and every shared experience brings us closer to something greater—a lasting, meaningful connection between our communities. Palm Springs Sister Cities is more than a title; it’s a thriving force for cultural diplomacy, proving that when cities come together, we all win.
